The new Gill Competition Boot is a modern waterproof dinghy boot that takes the lines of a classic design, whilst providing improved comfort, grip, support and fit flexibility.
The boot features a non-slip outsole for improved grip on both wet and dry surfaces. The razor cut outsole has been extensively tested both in the lab and out on the water by the Gill Race Team during the 2015 season.
The close fitting low profile lace up design is supplied with both stretch and static laces giving you the option to either lock the boots in tight or have more flexibility through the stretch laces. These lace options can be secured with a quick release fastener.
Styling has been updated to compliment the latest designs from the Gill dinghy product range. In terms of the material technology, the competition boot is made from a 100% natural rubber compound, has a non-marking sole and is lined with a quick drying polycotton for maximum comfort.
