New Princess Poole office opens, headed by James Powell

The newly launched Princess East Coast, a strategic sales agreement between the UK’s number one sales centres, Boats.co.uk and Princess Motor Yacht Sales, opens Princess Poole at Salterns Marina, Poole on Friday May 1st.

The office will be headed by Sales Director, James Powell and will operate sales, part-exchange and aftercare support for the Princess range of Motoryachts.  Supported by Boats.co.uk’s experienced sales team consisting of Chris Gore and Brett Sawyer, James will be responsible for growing the sales of the full range of 24 models from 39 to 130 feet.  The office will have a comprehensive service and engineering back-up team and with the back-up of Princess Motor Yacht Sales will support existing Princess owners and will offer sea trials for new boats as they come onto the market.

On his appointment James Barke, MD of Princess East Coast said, ‘We are thrilled to have such a knowledgeable sales director on our team.  James has extensive experience managing the global sales of luxury boats and is a huge asset to the Princess East Coast operation and Princess Poole in particular.’

James Powell acknowledged the challenge ahead, ‘This is an exciting opportunity to be involved at the outset of the Princess journey here in Dorset for Boats.co.uk.   Princess Poole is backed by the excellent customer service ethos of Boats.co.uk and the quality and reputation of both Princess Motor Yacht Sales and the Princess range of luxury performance boats.’

Princess Poole, supported by Princess Motor Yacht Sales, will be attending the forthcoming Poole Harbour Boat Show with V57, P56 and P72 models on display followed by the British Motor Yacht Show in Swanwick, Southampton.

Princess East Coast will be headquartered in Essex Marina at the long-established Boats.co.uk offices and showrooms.  The addition of the Princess range of luxury Motoryachts is the perfect complement to the existing Boats.co.uk portfolio of Williams tenders and jet RIBs, Arvor fishing and sports boats and Jeanneau sailboats.
