Leading global supplier of sail and deck hardware, Barton Marine, announces the appointment of its new Production and Operations Manager, Dermot Bealey, effective immediately.
Joining Barton Marine as an industry expert in lean manufacturing and process improvement, Dermot has a proven track record of delivering technical and performance improvements in manufacturing environments. With more than 20 years’ experience, Dermot has a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham University and a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from University of Cranfield – making him the perfect candidate for the job.

Dermot keeps his Maxi 1000 sailing yacht in Royal Harbour Marina in Ramsgate, Kent. He is pleased to provide Barton Marine with his “test boat” for all new Barton Marine equipment!
