Dometic Marine is launching the versatile new WAECO CRX refrigerator at this year’s Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS) at Amsterdam RAI.
Providing boat owners with a unique three-in-one cabinet solution, the durable built-in WAECO CRX is the first marine refrigerator with a patented removable freezer compartment.
The easy slide-out freezer can be quickly taken out to transform the CRX refrigerator/freezer into a larger capacity refrigerator-only unit or the temperature of the entire unit can be reduced as low as 17°F (-8°C) to provide a freezer-only unit.
The CRX also features an innovative flush-mount electronic thermostat control panel, located on the interior side wall where users can easily reach it. In addition, a powerful three-speed variable compressor automatically adjusts for optimum performance and noise reduction. An infrared sensor triggers a bright LED-light system to illuminate the interior.
The sleek, modern style CRX is available with a newly-designed stainless steel door and a recessed, full-width door handle, or with a standard door.
The WAECO CRX is available in the following sizes: the 45-litre CRX-50, 57-litre CRX-65, 78-litre CRX-80, 109-litre CRX-110 and 136-litre CRX-140.
