London Boat Show, 8th-17th January 2016 – Stand E028
Interform Marine, the UK manufacturer of the MarinePod range of instrument housings for yachts will be launching its new SALCA combined anode and rope cutter at the London Boat Show. Offering dual protection for props, the SALCA anode rope cutter has been designed to protect against corrosion and propeller entanglement and offer all the benefits of zinc anodes whilst preventing damage and necessary repairs caused by ropes, nets and weed.
Developed in the USA by Sea Shield Marine, an expert in marine care and protection products, the SALCA anode rope cutter is manufactured with a zinc anode body assembly that is fitted with high-performance and durable stainless steel cutting blades. The blades have been tested on virtually every entanglement that threatens marine craft. Once installed, the zinc anodes begin to demonstrate their corrosion protection immediately.
The SALCA anode rope cutter comprises two halves, which are fastened around the shaft of the propeller then tightly secured with an Allen key, making installation quick and easy. Imperial sizes are available from ¾ to 2 ¼ inch and metric from 25 to 50mm shaft diameter.
Offering superb quality and unbeatable value with prices from just £40.00 inc. VAT, the SALCA anode rope cutter offers a cost effective solution to prop damage and is significantly less expensive than even the most reasonably priced traditional rope cutter on the market.
The SALCA anode rope cutter will be available to buy online or in store via one of the UK’s most well-known chandlers, Force 4 Chandlery from January 2016.
